These Sales positions in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne will involve servicing the existing client base, while sourcing and developing new business opportunities in photographic equipment supply and studio hire service.
The successful candidate will have:
Sound experience in professional photographic industry & products with decent knowledge in pro studio equipment, set-up and computer digital imaging area. Ability to coordinate implementation of customer service & marketing strategies and develop work priorities under pressure.
Telemarketing, Graphic Designing, Email administration, stock controlling and visiting clients and stores are sometimes required to establish business networks and profile.
An established and successful career in sales and customer relations
Sensibly coordinate & control business resources and schedule advertisements.
Excellent communication, organisational and relationship building skill.
We strongly encourage school graduates who are willing to learn to apply for the position as well. We can provide apprenticeship training. Salary is negotiable according to experience!

The focus of this role is to provide technical telephone-based and face to face information to our future and existing customers on our pro Photo/Video Consumer products.
Other duties include assisting the sales manager diary management, expense and sales reporting as well as PC based inventory control and basic housekeeping.
You will be required to have a proven passion for photography and previous experience in a customer facing role and MS office skills
Enthusiasm to learn about Dragon Image’s wide range of Pro Photo/Video products and sound PC computer literacy will put you in good stead for this position.
You will be a highly-motivated and pro-active individual with a strong work ethic and positive approach to all your daily tasks.
The primary responsibilities for this role include:
Providing accurate, timely and adequate operational information relating to Dragon Image’s consumer products.
Building and maintaining good relations with Dragon Image customers.
Providing comprehensive pre-sales information relating to Dragon Image products to end users and dealers.
Acquire and maintain product knowledge and operational skills necessary to resolve customer enquiries.
Continuous improvement of business processes and procedures and ensure systems achieve excellent customer service.
. Providing dairy management to NSW Sales Manager, expenses and sales reports, inventory control, invoicing and banking duties.
Essentially you will have:
- Previous photographic exposure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Word, Excel, Outlook, MYOB and general solid PC skills
- Well developed interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude
- Advanced interpretation and analytical skills
